ClubPull is built for lawful collectible commerce. Sellers may not use the platform for counterfeit goods, stolen goods, deceptive listings, prohibited payment activity, harassment, malware, spam, privacy violations, or activity that creates unreasonable risk for buyers, providers, or ClubPull.
Collectibles Standards
Sellers must accurately represent card condition, grading company, serial numbers, sealed status, breaks, mystery products, odds, redemption terms, and fulfillment timelines. Misleading scarcity, fake grading, and undisclosed substitutions are not allowed.
Marketing Standards
Sellers may not upload purchased lists without proper consent, evade suppressions, hide unsubscribe links, misrepresent discounts, send deceptive wallet updates, or use ClubPull to run spam, phishing, or harassment.
Payments And Risk
Sellers may not split transactions to avoid review, misstate fulfillment status, abuse chargebacks, sell restricted goods, or use ClubPull in a way that creates unreasonable risk for Stripe, carriers, wallet providers, buyers, or ClubPull.
Enforcement
ClubPull may remove content, disable checkout, pause wallet features, suspend accounts, or preserve records when needed to protect customers, payment partners, shipping providers, or the platform.
