ClubPull collects the account, store, order, customer, fulfillment, billing, and support information needed to run seller-owned storefronts. Sellers own their customer relationships; ClubPull processes buyer data to provide checkout, fulfillment, loyalty, wallet passes, analytics, fraud prevention, and transactional notifications.

Data We Process

• Seller account details, staff roles, storefront settings, product data, subscription status, and provider readiness.
• Buyer contact details, shipping addresses, order snapshots, payment references, membership status, loyalty activity, and wallet pass records.
• Lead attribution, support messages, audit logs, webhook events, uploads, and operational logs.

How We Use Data

We use data to operate the platform, secure accounts, process orders, generate shipping and wallet artifacts, send transactional email, support sellers, improve reliability, and meet legal or payment processor obligations.

Subprocessors

ClubPull may use providers such as Stripe, EasyPost, Postmark, object storage providers, hosting providers, and analytics or observability tools. These providers receive only the information needed for their service.

Marketing Consent

Checkout and membership flows separate transactional messages from marketing messages. Marketing eligibility is based on consent, seller import attestations, unsubscribe state, suppression records, and applicable law.

Wallet Pass Data

Wallet features may use member name, membership tier, loyalty state, pass serials, device registration metadata, update history, and provider identifiers so passes can be issued, regenerated, and updated.

Security And Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a commerce platform. Records may be retained when needed for tax, payment, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, audit, or legal reasons.

Choices

Sellers can export customer data from the admin. Buyers can request access, correction, or deletion through the seller or ClubPull support, subject to retention needed for tax, fraud, payment, security, and legal records.
