Refund And Cancellation Policy

ClubPull subscriptions can be managed through the seller billing portal. Subscription access may continue through the paid period unless cancellation, payment failure, or risk review requires earlier suspension.
Seller Subscription Billing
ClubPull SaaS subscription charges are billed by Stripe Billing. Trial, renewal, cancellation, and payment failure status are stored from verified Stripe webhooks, not from client redirects.
Buyer Orders
Each seller sets and honors the refund, return, and cancellation expectations for their own storefront, subject to payment network rules, consumer protection laws, and the seller agreement.
Paid Buyer Memberships
Paid buyer memberships are sold by the seller through the seller's connected Stripe account. Membership cancellation, renewal, payment failure, benefit access, and refund handling are governed by the seller's posted policy and Stripe subscription state.
Shipping Labels
Carrier label refunds, voids, and adjustments depend on carrier and EasyPost rules. Sellers should review label purchase and tracking state before shipping high-value orders.
Support
ClubPull support can help investigate billing state, webhook processing, label failures, pass generation, and account access issues. Final refund decisions for buyer orders remain with the seller unless required by law or payment network rules.
