Terms of Service

These terms govern access to ClubPull software, seller admin tools, storefronts, checkout orchestration, fulfillment workflows, loyalty features, and wallet pass generation. By using ClubPull, sellers agree to use the platform lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and honor orders, refunds, shipping commitments, and customer support obligations for their own storefront.

ClubPull Software

ClubPull provides subscription software for seller-owned commerce. ClubPull does not become the seller of record for a seller storefront and does not take possession of seller inventory.

Seller Accounts

Sellers are responsible for staff access, role assignment, account security, product accuracy, customer support, export handling, and provider configuration. ClubPull may require additional review before enabling checkout, wallet passes, marketing sends, custom domains, or high-risk selling activity.

Payments

Seller subscription billing is processed through Stripe Billing. Buyer payments are processed through each seller's connected Stripe account. Stripe processing, chargeback, tax, and payout rules apply.

Marketing And Customer Data

Sellers may use ClubPull marketing tools only for contacts they are allowed to message. Marketing emails must include unsubscribe handling, and sellers must honor consent, suppression, and privacy obligations for imported or exported customer data.

Wallet Passes

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet features depend on third-party platform rules, signing credentials, device compatibility, and provider availability. ClubPull may pause pass issuance or updates to protect deliverability, security, or compliance.

Availability

We work to keep ClubPull reliable, but no online service is uninterrupted. We may change, suspend, or limit features to protect the platform, comply with providers, or improve the product.

Termination

Sellers may cancel their ClubPull subscription through billing settings. ClubPull may suspend accounts for non-payment, fraud risk, illegal activity, harmful content, or material violations of these terms.
